1.) Philippines Garbage Dumps
Overall Record: 6-2
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 772.26
Position Last Week: 2
Notes: Two monster weeks in a row and the PGD have the firm lead over the division and jump into the coveted number one spot. Jonathan Taylor has now scored three touchdowns in a game for the fourth time this season.
2.) Moore on the Run
Overall Record: 6-2
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 688.48
Position Last Week: 1
Notes: Neighbor Nic drops just his second loss on the season after a second different injury to Jayden Daniels holds him out. The star quarterback’s sophomore slump is under way, but will this team have the ability to manage the QB position for the second half of this season?
3.) Da Moon’s Huge Craters
Overall Record: 5-3
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 637.4
Position Last Week: 3
Notes: The Craters maintain hold of the division lead with the divisional record tiebreaker over Uur UPS. With an atypical bad Baker game, look for this team to bounce back strong in Week 9.
4.) Pool of the Dead
Overall Record: 5-3
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 614.1
Position Last Week: 7
Notes: The Pool of the Dead’s head to head tiebreaker over the Jedi Knights is holding them off for now, but this team will need to establish an identity on offense and score more points to keep up with their contemporaries in the division. Winning with Cam Ward at the starting position should be considered an achievement in itself.
5.) Jedi Knights
Overall Record: 5-3
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 806.4
Position Last Week: 8
Notes: Woody Marks continues to carve out a nice role for himself in the Houston offense with 15 touches and 110 scrimmage yards. This team is getting some heavy hitters off their bye week and will continue to improve and climb the rankings.
6.) Uur UPS
Overall Record: 5-3
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 760.48
Position Last Week: 9
Notes: UPS puts up a second straight dominant week despite a bad Bijan game and this one is credited to Jalen Hurts who threw for four touchdowns. Javonte Williams has to be in consideration for draft steal of the year.
7.) Cloud 9
Overall Record: 4-4
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 687.98
Position Last Week: 4
Notes: It’s a horrible spot to be in when you score 101 points and lose in a 16-man league, but sometimes that’s how unfair fantasy football can be. There’s really nothing bad to report here as the team had an awesome week but just ran into a juggernaut.
8.) Gandalf the Goat
Overall Record: 4-4
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 675.68
Position Last Week: 6
Notes: After dropping two games in a row, the Goat finds himself in unfamiliar territory: on the outside of the playoff bubble looking in. Jordan Love has continued to impress after taking over the starting job for Joe Burrow with another 30 point fantasy game.
9.) Sacramento Wolfpack
Overall Record: 4-4
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 676.78
Position Last Week: 5
Notes: Similar to the team right above them, the Wolfpack have dropped two in a row and tumbled out of the playoff picture in Week 8. Outside of Drake Maye and a nice performance from Khalil Shakir, no other starters really got anything going.
10.) Doctor Jenious
Overall Record: 4-4
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 664.2
Position Last Week: 10
Notes: Two weeks ago, the world was introduced to Cam Skatteboo and sadly just two weeks later he is ruled out for the season with an ankle injury. The doctor turned to the veteran gunslinger Joe Flacco who threw for two touchdowns and (checks notes) rushed for a third touchdown?!
11.) Mahomies’ Deezflated Nuts
Overall Record: 3-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 688.48
Position Last Week: 13
Notes: It felt like we witnessed Saquon Barkley’s first explosive play of the year with a 65 yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter after we had seen so many last season. While he is listed with a groin injury on the Week 9 injury report, it’s reported to not be serious and should not limit his upcoming game.
12.) Elk Grove Spartans
Overall Record: 3-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 673.86
Position Last Week: 11
Notes: Sometimes an NFL team can find two good running backs and it infuriates fantasy football managers to no end as we are witnessing with the Rico Dowdle and Chuba Hubbard situation. You find yourself starting one and the other one goes off and hopefully the situation solves itself with one guy taking over eventually.
13.) SLAM BALL 2K25
Overall Record: 3-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 578.96
Position Last Week: 15
Notes: Some people are calling me the real FFC South leader after beating both of their top teams. I threw cold water on it right away and rejected the idea that I should be in the top 4 of the power rankings.
14.) Isla Sorna Raptors
Overall Record: 3-5
Divisional Record: 0-4
Total Points Scored: 644.06
Position Last Week: 16
Notes: Everyone’s favorite prehistoric powerhouse has won three games in a row and has officially revived their 2025 season after an abysmal start. Unfortunately for them, their division is a murderer’s row.
15.) Bruce Almightys
Overall Record: 2-6
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 681.56
Position Last Week: 12
Notes: Tough break for Bruce who lost Quinshon Judkins for the week after just 17 yards and he is considered day to day. This team can get hot, but there is very little margin for error at 2-6.
16.) Game of Zones
Overall Record: 2-6
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 576.36
Position Last Week: 14
Notes: With just six games left, Game of Zones find themselves in a basically do or die every week for the rest of the season. The four game deficit in the division will be a massive obstacle to overcome.
