1.) Cloud 9
Overall Record: 8-2
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 1053.48
Position Last Week: 1
Notes: What a day for Taysom Hill, who despite losing a fumble and throwing an interception, recorded stats as a passer, pass catcher and most importantly had 7 carries for 138 yards and three touchdowns. This team seems to have a new guy rise up every week.
2.) Game of Zones
Overall Record: 8-3
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 873.14
Position Last Week: 2
Notes: Game of Zones had a let down week after being a considerable favorite and did not see any big games from their star players. Despite all of this, they maintain a one game lead after the Spartans also stumbled in Week 11.
3.) Gandalf the Goat
Overall Record: 6-5
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 1023.42
Position Last Week: 3
Notes: It was an atypical slow week for the Goat who only saw great production out of one position. Josh Allen has to be in NFL MVP conversations after this week.
4.) Bruce Almightys
Overall Record: 6-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 968.6
Position Last Week: 4
Notes: Since the return of Puka and Cooper Kupp, Kyren Williams has not finished as a top ten running back in the week. It seems like his usage is still there but touchdown upside is limited with a full arsenal in the pass game.
5.) Elk Grove Spartans
Overall Record: 7-4
Divisional Record: 4-0
Total Points Scored: 925.3
Position Last Week: 5
Notes: CJ Stroud was anything short of spectacular in a smash start spot managing only 7.88 fantasy points in a 34 point effort. Derrick Henry also was a letdown with his first single digit game of the entire season.
6.) Pool of the Dead
Overall Record: 7-4
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 1018.8
Position Last Week: 6
Notes: Joe Burrow in his last three starts has recorded fantasy stat lines of 36, 41 and 35 fantasy points. He has shot up to QB2 on the season and just in time for his annual appearance on my TV around the holidays on Home Alone.
7.) Philippines Garbage Dumps
Overall Record: 7-4
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 859.86
Position Last Week: 7
Notes: Speaking of QBs on hot streaks, Justin Herbert has gone above 20 fantasy points four weeks in a row and is slowly ascending the QB ranks on the season. The PGD remain one game back of the division lead and in a favorable position for both wildcard and divisional races.
8.) Isla Sorna Raptors
Overall Record: 6-5
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 952.14
Position Last Week: 8
Notes: The Raptors have been red hot and Jahmyr Gibbs has been the primary contributor with another fantastic game including 54 yards on one reception. Newcomer JK Dobbins put together a strong game including a game sealing touchdown on SNF.
9.) Jedi Knights
Overall Record: 6-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 894.26
Position Last Week: 10
Notes: It’s amazing the Jedi Knights have climbed back to over .500 after starting 1-3 and looking dead in the water. A lot of their success is tied to Ja’Marr Chase finding his groove and explosive touchdown upside in the middle of the season.
10.) Doctor Jenious
Overall Record: 5-6
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 852.88
Position Last Week: 9
Notes: It’s tough to win when your QB puts up 2 fantasy points, an unfortunately the doctor lost a close game by a five point margin. The positive trend has been Amon-Ra St. Brown has gone eight consecutive weeks with a touchdown. Adjust your WR rankings for 2025 accordingly.
11.) Uur UPS
Overall Record: 4-7
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 775.58
Position Last Week: 11
Notes: UPS decided to shake up the roster after a huge mid season slump that sees them drop to two games back in the division race. With a tough bye week and the return of Isaiah Pacheco soon to threaten Hunt’s upside, UPS is in win-now mode and can’t afford another loss.
12.) Mahomies’ Deezflated Nuts
Overall Record: 4-7
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 937.78
Position Last Week: 13
Notes: The story of the FFC East teams are three teams chasing a goat, and nobody can afford to lose. After scoring a week high 125 fantasy points, MD Nuts looks to be like the second best team in the division and biggest threat to the division race.
13.) SLAM BALL 2K24
Overall Record: 4-7
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 888.04
Position Last Week: 14
Notes: Imagine winning a game with Mac Jones as your quarterback.
14.) Da Moon’s Huge Craters
Overall Record: 4-7
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 869.74
Position Last Week: 12
Notes: The Craters are two games back with three games left and are in desperation mode to make a run for the division. Mr. Tush Push himself is going to have to put the team on his back for them to have a chance.
15.) Moore on the Run
Overall Record: 4-7
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 850.56
Position Last Week: 15
Notes: Three games left and the wildcard appears to be almost impossible at this point which leaves the FFC East division race as the last resort. One player I was wrong about in 2024 was Puka Nacua who has been a stud since his return and is a target hog.
16.) Sacramento Wolfpack
Overall Record: 1-10
Divisional Record: 0-4
Total Points Scored: 651.84
Position Last Week: 16
Notes: The Wolfpack have been eliminated from the 2024 playoffs.
