1.) Elk Grove Spartans
Overall Record: 4-0
Divisional Record: 4-0
Total Points Scored: 383.36
Position Last Week: 2
Notes: Through the first four weeks, the only undefeated team left are the Spartans who complete the early season divisional sweep. To all Derrick Henry doubters in the preseason, behold the King on an elite run offense.
2.) Gandalf the Goat
Overall Record: 3-1
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 389.76
Position Last Week: 1
Notes: The Goat had his first stinker of the season but still leads the entire league in points scored. When Trey McBride and Devonta Smith return to good health along with Dontavyion Wicks role increasing in the GB offense, you can expect this team to be a strong contender for the #1 seed again.
3.) Cloud 9
Overall Record: 3-1
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 314.62
Position Last Week: 4
Notes: Through one month of the regular season, the WR1 is…Nico Collins. As I had predicted two weeks ago the data suggests this is legitimate and his utilization profile is that of an elite WR1 who capitalizes on high value targets: long distance and redzone.
4.) Uur UPS
Overall Record: 3-1
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 305.46
Position Last Week: 8
Notes: It was a Monday Night sweat that went down the final drive by the Seahawks, but Uur UPS has seized the division after splitting the season series 1-1 with the doctor and won three in a row. With two startable QBs on the roster, it may be time to pick up the trade phone and upgrade another position.
5.) Game of Zones
Overall Record: 3-1
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 339.48
Position Last Week: 7
Notes: Jordan Mason’s stock skyrockets every week as we get more negative CMC news and his RB1 status should be locked in for another month at the very least. When you use a “Zero RB” strategy and hit on so many players like Rico Dowdle, Zack Moss and Jordan Mason: this looks like a championship contender.
6.) SLAM BALL 2K24
Overall Record: 2-2
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 388.62
Position Last Week: 5
Notes: An update on Rashee Rice would be really super.
7.) Mahomies’ Deezflated Nuts
Overall Record: 2-2
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 363.9
Position Last Week: 9
Notes: The week high scorer MD Nuts saw a surge of offense from all positions capped off by Jared Goff’s best game of the season on Monday night. Keep your eyes on a potential Davante Adams trade and I would argue almost any destination would provide a huge boost to his value.
8.) Pool of the Dead
Overall Record: 2-2
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 342.22
Position Last Week: 6
Notes: Another week of no Joe Mixon has exposed this team’s weakness at RB. When you rely on Kyle Pitts in a four receiver offense and he puts up a donut on 3 targets, it may raise a couple of red flags.
9.) Isla Sorna Raptors
Overall Record: 2-2
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 332.4
Position Last Week: 10
Notes: Well it’s official; there is a new quarterback in town and his name is Jayden Daniels. Jahmyr Gibbs capped off a close divisional matchup with an electric two touchdown game to keep the Raptors within a game of the division lead.
10.) Doctor Jenious
Overall Record: 2-2
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 302.96
Position Last Week: 3
Notes: The biggest faller in the power rankings Doctor Jenious has dropped two games in a row. The Miami Dolphins offense hit a bottle nose dive and it has tanked the value of all their elite fantasy prospects including Devon Achane who looked invincible earlier this season.
11.) Da Moon’s Huge Craters
Overall Record: 2-2
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 274.28
Position Last Week: 13
Notes: Another team with a QB change saw Justin Fields put up his best game of the season with three total touchdowns, 300 yards passing and 55 yards rushing. It is hard to imagine Jameson Williams will be seeing much of the bench for the rest of this season.
12.) Bruce Almightys
Overall Record: 1-3
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 304.74
Position Last Week: 12
Notes: The closest game of the season saw Bruce go down in the final minutes of Monday night football awaiting some last minute miracles. David Montgomery still had a great performance of 40 scrimmage yards, 1 touchdown and possibly the most impressive break tackle filled run I’ve seen this season.
13.) Jedi Knights
Overall Record: 1-3
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 269.06
Position Last Week: 14
Notes: You can never count the man out, but after four weeks it’s time to question Patrick Mahomes elite regular season fantasy viability. With KC being a prime trade candidate for a receiver and some big names allegedly on the market, any big midseason trade would significantly help Mahomes retain elite QB1 value.
14.) Philippines Garbage Dumps
Overall Record: 1-3
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 267.22
Position Last Week: 11
Notes: As quick as the opportunity came, it went for Carson Steele who was benched after two carries and a lost fumble. Another surprise was how mediocre of a game Chris Godwin had against a vulnerable secondary in the Eagles.
15.) Moore on the Run
Overall Record: 1-3
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 258.02
Position Last Week: 16
Notes: Upset alert! The Neighbor took down the titan in the East after a three touchdown game from Baker Mayfield. Brian Robinson Jr continues to show elite workhorse usage with Ekeler’s injury.
16.) Sacramento Wolfpack
Overall Record: 0-4
Divisional Record: 0-4
Total Points Scored: 232.56
Position Last Week: 15
Notes: Injuries derailing Anthony Richardson and Jonathan Taylor have put this team in a very bad spot after four weeks. This team has a decent bench with some options and will need to make some changes soon.
