Week 10 Power Rankings (11-15-2023)

1.) Pool of the Dead

Overall Record: 7-3
Divisional Record: 4-0
Total Points Scored: 853.3
Position Last Week: 2
Notes: With Deshaun Watson out for the season, it is now time to turn to Baker Mayfield. After a strong rebound week after a few slump weeks, the Pool is back to where he has spent most of the season: atop the mountain.

2.) No Diggity…about to bag it up

Overall Record: 7-3
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 857.9
Position Last Week: 1
Notes: It was a bad beat Monday night when the most consistent WR1 in fantasy football could not get over 4.0 fantasy points for a crucial victory. Instead the race at the top and for the division remains interesting and will most likely go down to the end.

3.) Da Moon’s Huge Craters

Overall Record: 6-4
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 732.7
Position Last Week: 3
Notes: On the other side of the coin, it was a fantastic Monday night miracle for the Craters who stave off the red hot Doctor Jenious to maintain control of the FFC South. Like so many other teams, the Craters have turned to a new QB midseason and Jared Goff will man the ship.

4.) Sacramento Wolf Pack

Overall Record: 5-5
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 706.5
Position Last Week: 4
Notes: The most inexplicable division race of the 21st century continues as the FFC West continues to be wide open with nobody wanting to take it. I think we are officially in the territory of Tony Pollard may be one of the biggest busts of the 2023 season.

5.) Gandalf the Goat

Overall Record: 7-3
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 836.1
Position Last Week: 6
Notes: After a 1-3 start, the Goat has rattled off six wins in a row and is on the verge of overtaking the division lead. Ceedee Lamb has been one of the hottest receivers with four touchdowns over the last three weeks.

6.) Mahomies Deezflated Nuts

Overall Record: 6-4
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 833.3
Position Last Week: 5
Notes: Tough schedule loss for the MD Nuts who put up a fantastic week that would have beat most opponents. The good news is Brock Purdy appears to be back to his first five game-form, but now the Nuts must overcome two teams and a one game deficit in the East.

7.) Jedi Knights

Overall Record: 6-4
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 795.5
Position Last Week: 8
Notes: The final playoff spot goes to the Jedi Knights who hold a valuable head to head tiebreaker against the Doctor. Jonathan Taylor has scored in three of the last four games and firmly taken over the backfield in Indianapolis

8.) Doctor Jenious

Overall Record: 6-4
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 861.8
Position Last Week: 7
Notes: The hottest team in the BFFL is now officially the points scored leader on the season. Gibbs has put together back to back 20+ point weeks and has now cracked the top 20 RBs of the season.

9.) Isla Sorna Raptors

Overall Record: 5-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 810
Position Last Week: 9
Notes: It was an atypical low points scored week for the Raptors. When your second and third highest scorers are your kicker and defense, you know nobody showed up for work.

10.) Korriban Warriors

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 794.7
Position Last Week: 11
Notes: As the Warriors look to get their season back on track, this was a good start. Investing in the Chargers offense proved to be fruitful this week as the Herbert/Ekeler combination put up more than 50 fantasy points.

11.) Elk Grove Spartans

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 738.3
Position Last Week: 10
Notes: The red hot Dak Prescott has now scored 12 touchdowns while committing just two turnovers over the last three weeks. It’s always unfortunate when your QB puts up five touchdowns and 40+ points in a loss but that’s fantasy football for you.

12.) Lin Sanity

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 737.1
Position Last Week: 13
Notes: As Russell Wilson and Javonte Williams pulled off a big upset on Monday night, this propelled Lin Sanity to get a much needed win. Now within one game of the division lead, the division is in grasp for anyone.

13.) Uur UPS

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 683.3
Position Last Week: 15
Notes: It looks like the Vikings and UPS have found a new quarterback in Josh Dobbs. With little margin for error, UPS will have to pull off a very strong last quarter of the season to get back into contention.

14.) Bruce Almightys

Overall Record: 3-7
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 733.3
Position Last Week: 12
Notes: I don’t know what’s more surprising: the 3-7 Bruce Almightys or the 5-5 Buffalo Bills. But what they both have in common are Josh Allen’s turnovers.

15.) Philippines Garbage Dumps

Overall Record: 3-7
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 725.3
Position Last Week: 13
Notes: Despite being in second to last, the PGD are still very much alive in their divisional race. This is their best chance at a late season surge and ticket to the playoffs.

16.) SLAM BALL 2K23

Overall Record: 3-7
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 663
Position Last Week: 16
Notes: How about those Sacramento Kings?
