1.) Pool of the Dead
Overall Record: 6-1
Divisional Record: 4-0
Total Points Scored: 627.2
Position Last Week: 1
Notes: The Pool suffered their first loss of the season after a dynamite start to the season. After a strong Week 1, it is notable that Calvin Ridley has only passed 10 fantasy points once since then.
2.) Mahomies Deezflated Nuts
Overall Record: 5-2
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 597.7
Position Last Week: 2
Notes: It was an atypical down week for MD Nuts who failed to keep on pace with their high scoring average. Mike Evans remains Mr. Consistent and you can count on him for a touchdown a week at this rate.
3.) Da Moon’s Huge Craters
Overall Record: 5-2
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 522.7
Position Last Week: 3
Notes: The Craters have the honor of taking down the last undefeated team. After missing Week 1, Travis Kelce has come on strong the last three weeks and retaken the crown of TE1.
4.) Sacramento Wolf Pack
Overall Record: 4-3
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 492
Position Last Week: 7
Notes: We have a new leader emerge in the FFC West and it’s familiar ground for the Wolf Pack. Jakobi Meyers has five touchdowns through seven weeks and remains an every week must start.
5.) No Diggity…about to bag it up
Overall Record: 5-2
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 560
Position Last Week: 5
Notes: Neighbor Nic has tied up the division once again and has remained consistently strong throughout the season so far. Plugging in Josh Dobbs on a crucial bye week and getting a victory was a huge edge.
6.) Gandalf the Goat
Overall Record: 4-3
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 572
Position Last Week: 8
Notes: In case you forgot who the best quarterback in fantasy was, here he was to remind us all. A masterful 400+ yard, 4 touchdown game from Mahomes is a steadfast reminder of the elite quarterback in fantasy.
7.) Jedi Knights
Overall Record: 4-3
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 555.4
Position Last Week: 9
Notes: Twelve receptions for a running back is insane even in this day and age. Alvin Kamara, since returning to action after a brief three game suspension is now ranked inside the top 25 and will continue to climb.
8.) Bruce Almightys
Overall Record: 3-4
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 551.3
Position Last Week: 6
Notes: It’s been a tough couple of weeks for Bruce who looked like a strong contender after DJ Moore’s breakout game. This team will need some elite contribution from its receivers to get back on track.
9.) Lin Sanity
Overall Record: 3-4
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 508.9
Position Last Week: 11
Notes: You get a touchdown, you get a touchdown, everyone scores a touchdown for this team! Mark Andrews, despite being limited to four catches, brought in two touchdowns and an impressive 18.3 fantasy point performance.
10.) Philippines Garbage Dumps
Overall Record: 3-4
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 533.8
Position Last Week: 4
Notes: It’s tough to lose on such a monster game for your QB but the PGD have taken the biggest fall in this week’s power rankings. Darrell Henderson seemed to be the correct replacement choice in the LAR backfield with 18 carries and a solid 12 point fantasy day.
11.) Doctor Jenious
Overall Record: 3-4
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 521
Position Last Week: 15
Notes: Jahmyr Gibbs scored his first touchdown in the NFL and brought that crucial missing piece to this offense. AJ Brown continues to dominate since publicly demanding the ball on the sideline and he is getting fed.
12.) Isla Sorna Raptors
Overall Record: 3-4
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 556.6
Position Last Week: 14
Notes: Travis Etienne has put together three consecutive multi-touchdown games and is dangerously approaching fantasy MVP discussion. The Raptors also got a key contribution this week with rookie WR Josh Downs who had his breakout game of 2023.
13.) Korriban Warriors
Overall Record: 2-5
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 525.5
Position Last Week: 10
Notes: The Warriors have dropped three in a row and it’s playoff odds are slipping by the week. Justin Herbert scoring 6.7 points in a shootout scenario against KC is an absolute catastrophe.
14.) Elk Grove Spartans
Overall Record: 2-5
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 488.9
Position Last Week: 12
Notes: It’s been tough to trust Josh Jacobs who looks like last season’s carries are wearing down on him this season. Seeing Puka Nacua succeed alongside Cooper Kupp solidifies his status as the free agent pickup of the year and a league winner.
15.) Uur UPS
Overall Record: 2-5
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 473.6
Position Last Week: 13
Notes: It was not a bad performance from UPS who saw the return of a heathy Saquon. Dropping three games in a row has been a disaster however and is killing their chances in the division race.
16.) SLAM BALL 2K23
Overall Record: 2-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 492.6
Position Last Week: 16
Notes: It would be nice to know your first round running back isn’t in the gameplan at all before kickoff.
