FFC North
Isla Sorna Raptors
Welcome back to the league Nick! This team was all over the place moving up and back in trades during draft day. I think picking up Henry at 3 is a great choice. He is coming off an injury year where he still finished as a top 15 back while only playing 8 games. After that this team looks a little scrambled for me. Lamar Jackson is a solid QB to take but I don’t know if taking him in the second pays off when there were so many other value picks available. I am not a big fan of the receiver corps either and I think this team might struggle putting together the best available roster week in and week out.

Korriban Warriors
I really liked the way this team was going until they drafted Trey Lance in the 6th. I thought there were some holes that still needed to be filled before taking their backup QB. That being said, I still like what this team has on paper. The Bills RB roulette will be a tough one to figure out (speaking from experience in previous years), but I think Najee Harris is primed for a big sophomore year. Mike Evans in the 3rd is an absolute steal and I like both Mooney and Watson behind him. This team still has a little bit of work to do but they are a constant threat for making playoffs each year.

Jedi Knights
This was another team that was constantly making moves in the draft to move up and back and in the chaos of all the moves they forgot a kicker. That being said they secured the overall number 1 pick in JT which has to be one of the easiest locks for our league. Kyler Murray is due for a big year and will need to make a name for himself after his massive contract. I like AJ Brown as the number 1 WR for this team and Breece Hall could be a solid #2 running back. This team has some decent depth but might have some troubles with the receiving core behind AJ Brown.
Overall grade: B
Pool of the Dead
I think this is the best team in this division. Aaron Jones is going to be leaned on heavily to help out GB as much as possible with Adams leaving and Williams will have things open up for him with a competent QB in Denver. The only hole I see in this team for the beginning of the year is at WR with Hopkins suspension. I was really high on St. Brown this year and think he will make a great #2 or #3 WR on this team. Roberto will have to work out his starters a little while Hopkins is suspended but after that his line up is almost a lock.

Dr. Jenious
I really like this team on paper, Justin took a lot of value picks that fell through out the draft and I think has a really strong team. Akers and Pierce could be a really strong running back duo this year and Jefferson and Kelce are guaranteed double digits almost week in and week out. There might be a little bit of figuring out or playing roulette on the 3rd receiver but the Dr. put a lot of depth into the receivers this year. The only weakness I can see in this team right now is if one of his two starting RBs run into any injuries this year.

I think this team also put together a very solid draft and is just hoping McCaffrey can put together a healthy year. Pittman, Andrews, and Thielen are a dominant receiver core in my opinion. However, this team missed out on the big run of QB’s and Derek Carr could be the determining factor on this team. Chet did handcuff both of his starting RBs as insurance for any possible injuries which I think was smart to do considering history.

Along with all the other teams in the South I think this is a very strong lineup. I love the double dip with Sutton and Wilson and the RB combination on this team. Elijah Moore is schedule to have a big year the only thing that scares me is it’s still the Jets. This team has great depth at RB with Patterson and has Gallup sitting in IR to come back after what is supposed to be only a couple weeks missed. I don’t see this team having any major weaknesses and I think it has a strong chance of going far in our playoffs.

Well what a way to start off the draft and get the CC involved real quick lol. Then he follows it up by taking the first QB in Josh Allen. I think Allen is going to be the #1 QB in the league this year, but we will find out if his draft capital was worth the price. I think Jacobs is a solid RB still but both him and Saquon have had injury/performance issues in recent past. Williams and Godwin are solid WRs and even Lockett could show some signs of resurgence. I think this team is going to have a lot of question marks looming over health.

Hot Pocket Hot Locket
This team went heavy on the WR early in the draft and it paid off getting Chase, Lamb and Thomas. Stafford is going to be a strong and reliable QB through out the season as well. Where this team is really going to hurt is in RBs, with only Dobbins really being a clear cut starter. Even then we all know that RB1 is Lamar Jackson for the Ravens. I think this team has some potential but it’s going to need a lot of luck without having a solid RB.

Did Ryan put the hit out on Brian Robinson? I guess we will never know. This team got saved twice in this draft I think, first with the CC decision to revoke the draft pick trade and then with the unfortunate events happening to Robinson and Gibson being back into the #1 spot. That being said, having Kupp is a game changer and having both Keenan Allen and Kyle Pitts behind him I think are one of the stronger 3WR sets. Having a full set of picks I think really help this team out this year and the starting lineup could be formidable.

Slam Ball
Post draft I think this might be my favorite team. I really like both the RBs and I think Dillon is going to be as good if not better than Jones this year. On top of that they have an amazing WR group and I think decent depth all around. Prescott has been as solid of a QB as you could ask for when healthy and I see this team going far into the playoffs.

Elk Grove Spartans
I really liked the way the Spartans started out their draft. However, I think they struggled a little bit in the middle and late rounds. They picked not 1, not 2 but 3 SF running backs. Under Shanahan I think it truly is a committee approach. I think the Spartans have tried playing the RB roulette before and if it was hard with 2 I can only imagine how hard it’s going to be with 3 RBs to choose from. The starting line up I think is solid, but once you get to bye weeks I think this team is going to run into substitution issues.
Overall grade: B-
Wolfpack
I think this can be a sneaky team. Raj missed the QB he wanted by 4 picks to the Spartans and I think that is the biggest glaring issue for this team moving forward. Fields is coming off an unimpressive rookie year but I think he has some talent. This team has a solid WR and RB group and decent depth at both positions as well. I think this teams season is fully going to ride on whether Fields can make a jump or if this team is going to be really active in trades and waivers.
Overall grade: C+
Lin Sanity
This is another team that stayed away from RBs early. I really like this teams group of receivers. Adams, Waddle, Kittle and Smith are all going to be extremally dangerous and I think Montgomery is a viable RB 1 as well. Along with having Mahomes this team is going to be really tough to beat when everyone is healthy.
Overall grade: A
Philippine Garbage Dumps
This may the best team Christian has put together in the last 5 years and that’s without a Defense being drafted. I think Christian has a solid RB 1 in cook and got his handcuff with Mattison as well as having Hunt who could fill in as an RB 2 if wanted/needed. He has strong WRs in Hill, Moore, Metcalf, and Cooper (even though the last two might not have the best QBs throwing them the ball as of right now).
