Week 10 Power Rankings (11-18-2020)

1.) Korriban Warriors

Overall Record: 8-2
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 855.5
Position Last Week: 2
Notes: The Warriors claim the #1 spot for the first time since Week 1 of the season. With a two game lead, the Warriors will closely monitor the Rubber Duckies who have the only opportunity to overtake them in the division after they split the season series 1-1.

2.) Bruce Almightys

Overall Record: 7-3
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 907.5
Position Last Week: 1
Notes: With uncertainty in the QB position after a Bridgewater injury, Bruce will now have to turn to newly acquired QB Jared Goff if Bridgewater’s availability is in jeopardy in coming weeks.

3.) Elk Grove Spartans

Overall Record: 7-3
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 783.7
Position Last Week: 3
Notes: The Spartans were able to gain some ground in the division with a two game lead over both the Wolfpack and PGD with just three games left in the regular season. It was a solid bounce back game from Lamar who will be relied upon in a playoff run.

4.) Mahomies Deezflated Nuts

Overall Record: 5-5
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 862
Position Last Week: 4
Notes: Russell Wilson’s slump extends to two weeks after he fails to throw a touchdown pass for the first time this season and scores a season low 0.8 fantasy points. MD Nuts still have the tiebreakers and schedule to close out a third consecutive division title.

5.) Ernie’s Rubber Duckies

Overall Record: 6-4
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 752.2
Position Last Week: 7
Notes: It was a dominant win for the Rubber Duckies with Tom Brady and company as they look to set their sights on the top wildcard position with an outside chance at a divisional title.

6.) Dr. Jenious

Overall Record: 6-4
Divisional Record: 4-0
Total Points Scored: 907.2
Position Last Week: 5
Notes: One of the big winners of the week was Dr. Jenious who gained a critical game on Bruce in the division race while keeping one of the wildcard spots secured. The upcoming matchup in Week 12 has game of the year potential and will have huge seeding ramifications.

7.) Sacramento Wolfpack

Overall Record: 5-5
Divisional Record: 3-1
Total Points Scored: 744.5
Position Last Week: 9
Notes: The Wolfpack benefited greatly from a three touchdown clean game from Stafford who they will have to rely to play like a top 5 QB if they want any chance at a playoff berth.

8.) Gandalf the Goat

Overall Record: 5-5
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 771.6
Position Last Week: 7
Notes: Losing with Mahomes on the bye week may have been a calculated schedule loss, but the Goats are in a good position to win the division as they still have a critical game against MD Nuts in Week 12 that could decide the division.

9.) Philippine Garbage Dumps

Overall Record: 5-5
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 772.4
Position Last Week: 8
Notes: Joe Mixon’s extended injury has hurt this team the last couple of weeks. We will see if the trade happy PGD will execute one more blockbuster trade before the deadline or ride out the rest of the season with the roster as is.

10.) Uur UPS

Overall Record: 5-5
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 877.8
Position Last Week: 12
Notes: Another consecutive solid victory for the UPS who continue to ride the MVP like ascension of Kyler Murray who is posting numbers better than 2019 Lamar Jackson to date.

11.) Whit-ie the Trash Bag

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 763.1
Position Last Week: 13
Notes: Alvin Kamara’s three touchdown game carried the day for the Trash Bag who find themselves just one game behind the division lead after looking dead in the water for the last couple of weeks. This will be an interesting final three weeks with some realistic opportunities to sneak into the top 4.

12.) Team Banana Boat

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 2-2
Total Points Scored: 754.5
Position Last Week: 10
Notes: After failing to score 10 points with any player the Banana Boat have been eliminated from winning the FFC North. Their only playoff shot is a slim wildcard possibility but would need a lot of help from other teams.

13.) Lin Sanity

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 0-4
Total Points Scored: 902.2
Position Last Week: 14
Notes: The sad reality is Lin Sanity will be one of the most talented teams probably not in the playoffs. Although the chance is very slim for a wildcard spot, the bad divisional record is going to ultimately hold them back.

14.) SLAM BALL 2K20

Overall Record: 4-6
Divisional Record: 1-3
Total Points Scored: 872.6
Position Last Week: 11
Notes: When your kicker is your second leading scorer, you know your team sucks.

15.) Pool of the Dead

Overall Record: 3-7
Divisional Record: 0-4
Total Points Scored: 717.5
Position Last Week: 15
Notes: The Pool of the Dead have been eliminated from the FFC North division title and can not overtake Dr. Jenious for a wildcard spot. I would estimate it’s less than a one percent chance of some miraculous mathematical outcome I haven’t calculated.

16.) Da Moon’s Huge Craters

Overall Record: 2-8
Divisional Record: 0-4
Total Points Scored: 741.1
Position Last Week: 16
Notes: Da Moon’s Huge Craters has been eliminated from the 2020 playoffs.
